ZHPB-1000 Degradable sheet extrusion line

Wylong Company is committed to advocating and promoting environmental protection, and has specially developed and launched a biodegradable material environmentally friendly sheet production line to reduce plastic pollution. This production line is capable of processing PLA PBAT,PBS, Various bio based environmentally friendly materials such as corn starch and bamboo flour. Combined with an efficient mixer, biological powder can be directly processed. The equipment adopts a newly designed dedicated flat twin exhaust screw structure, with high screw hardness and strong wear resistance. It is equipped with an imported PLC computer control system and a specially designed die head, effectively ensuring the comprehensive physical properties and subsequent processing performance of the degraded sheet. This production line is currently one of the most advanced biodegradable and environmentally friendly material extrusion lines in China.

We have nearly 12 products in four series. We can also provide non-standard equipment production and new product development services according to customer requirements. According to the customer's requirements to be produced, the purpose of the product to be purchased, the environment, the purchase volume and other related conditions, we will recommend several cost-effective products for the customer to choose.

Q4: Do you have different models for each machine?
Reply: Yes, we have different models and we can make the machine according to your requirements.

Q5: What is the production time?
Reply: Normally we need around 45 days.

Q6: What service you can offer after we buy the machine?
Reply: We have a few experienced technicians who can help to install and test running the machine anytime overseas. Moreover, our own export personel will give you the service support after buying the machine. As long as you have any questions, we will try our best to help you.

Q7: Should the customer send the sample cups?
Reply: Yes, if there is. If the customer has no samples, please send a drawing or a photo of the sample, and let us know the size. Then we will send the drawing for your confirmation.

 Q8: What about the payment terms?
Reply: We accept T/T. 30% as deposit and 70% balance should be paid before delivery. We can also accept 100% confirmed irrevocable L/C at sight.
