Forming Station
The forming station is the first critical stage in the Multi Station Thermoforming Machine, located immediately after the oven.
Once the sheet is heated by the oven, it enters this station, where it is expertly formed into the shape of the mold impression through precise stretch and air compression created between the molds.
 

Cutting Station
The cutting station, either the second or third station in the Multi Station Thermoforming Machine, utilizes a kick station in special cases.
This station ensures high accuracy and speed in cutting the molded sheet, enhancing the precision and efficiency of the multi station thermoforming machine for optimal production performance
 

Servo Drive

Q1: Do you have different models for each machine?

Reply: Yes, we have different models and we can make the machine according to your requirements.

 

Q2: What is the production time?

Reply: Normally we need around 45 days.

 

Q3: What service you can offer after we buy the machine?

Reply: We have a few experienced technicians who can help to install and test running the machine anytime overseas. Moreover, our own export personel will give you the service support after buying the machine. As long as you have any questions, we will try our best to help you.

 

Q4: Should the customer send the sample cups?

Reply: Yes, if there is. If the customer has no samples, please send a drawing or a photo of the sample, and let us know the size. Then we will send the drawing for your confirmation.

 

Q5: What about the payment terms?

Reply: We accept T/T. 30% as deposit and 70% balance should be paid before delivery. We can also accept 100% confirmed irrevocable L/C at sight.

 

Q6: What is the capacity of the thermoforming machine?

Reply: Working 20 hrs/day, the capacity is 300,000-500,000 pcs/day. The accurate capacity depends on the size and material of the products.

 

Q7: How much space it needs for the thermoforming machine?

Reply: 5 meters in length (if need stacking machine, require another 3.5 meters), 2.5 meters in width.

 

Q8: What kinds of products can the thermoforming machine produce?

Reply: It can produce all kinds of disposible plastic cups, bowls, plates, boxes, yogurt cups, plant pots, food container, etc.

 

Q9: What material can be used in the thermoforming machine?

Reply: PP/PS/PVC/PET. Thickness 0.3-2mm.

 

Q10: What is the requirements of the machine for the electricity?

Reply: It needs three phase four wire. The copper core cable should be big than 25 mm³, aluminium core cable should be bigger than 50 mm³. 

 

Q11: What is the requirements of the machine for the air?

Reply: The output volume of the compressed air should be higher than 2.4 mm³/min. The pressure should be higher than 6 kgs.

 

Q12: What is the requirements of the machine for the water?

Reply: The displacement of the water should be higher than 1.5 m³/min, and the pressure should be higher than 2kg. The temperature should be between 30°-50 °.
