Application

HLFZJ series Automatic intelligent high speed paper tipping machine is the supporting equipment of high-speed paper mounting machine. It can be connected with the paper mounting machine of any manufacturer to stack the mounted paper according to the specified quantity. It is an intelligent automatic equipment integrating the functions of paper receiving, stacking, intermittent turnover and stacking, which realizes positive and negative stacking and can effectively prevent the deformation of paperboard after mounting, It can effectively reduce the labor intensity of manual paper receiving. The paper turning part adopts servo control system, with the whole process positioning of paper receiving, the maximum speed of 15000 sheets / hour, easy operation, convenient maintenance and neat paper stacking.

Machine structure

1. Paper separation system: 

The transmission wheel and thelaminating machine press belt butt totransfer power, the mounted paperthrough the transmission wheel, thesynchronous belt to fall to the push-down paper table, to reach the setnumber of paper, the dividing rod liftthe separation paper.

2.Push-up system:

The chain driven by the motor drivesthe upward push plate forward andbackward to push the rising pile ofpaper into the receiving table forstacking.

3.Whole paper system:

The cylinder is used to drive twopusher claws to move forward andpush a stack of paper with a setnumber into the turning mechanism.

4.Stacking system

lthe reciprocating movement of thefour-sided splint will pat the receivedpaper on all sides and straighten it toensure the tidiness of the receivedpaper.

 

5.Flipping system:

The automatic camping system isused to stack the paper alternatelyand neatly,so that the mountedproduct is smooth, stiff and not open,which is more conducive to theproduction of the rear channel.

 

6.Electrical system:

According to the European CEstandard design, to ensure the stabilityof the whole machine, high efficiency,low fault. With the combination ofman-machine interface and PLC, theprogram design is reasonable, theoperation is completed by one keyduring work, and the fault isautomatically detected.

 

7.Paper delivery system:

When the paper is stacked to a height of 1.7 meters,the paper receiving table is automatically lowered, and the whole stack of paper is pulled out by the hydraulic car, and the auxiliary paper receiving table is automatically involved to complete the non-stop paper receiving
